Total Users

What It Means: Unique site visitors during the reporting period.

How to Calculate: Count unique user IDs or cookies.

Example: 312 unique users.


 

Active Users

What It Means: Visitors active in a specific timeframe (e.g., 30 days).

How to Calculate: Filter Total Users by activity in the timeframe.

Example: 304 active users.


 

Views per User

What It Means: Average pages viewed per user.

How to Calculate: Total Views ÷ Total Users.

Example: 3.66 (1,112 ÷ 312).


 

Sessions

What It Means: A group of user interactions within a session timeframe.

How to Calculate: Count initiated sessions within the reporting period.

Example: 475 sessions.


 

Views

What It Means: Total pages viewed during the reporting period.

How to Calculate: Sum all page views.

Example: 1,112 views.
