Financial Aid and Scholarships provides prospective and enrolled students with information and resources to financially support their educational goals. The team works together to provide service in a timely, equitable and caring manner, in full support of the community, University and governing agencies.
Office of University Registrar
The Office of the University Registrar is the central hub for campus calendars, student registration, academic records, registration, tuition and fee assessment, and degree and curriculum management, as well as many faculty and staff resources and tools.
Undergraduate Admissions provides the recruitment, outreach and admissions processes for undergraduate students. Together, the team supports the university’s commitment to make a world-class education accessible to students of all backgrounds and maintain a diverse student body.
Analytics provides critical data analysis and recommendations to campus leadership, allowing them to make informed data-driven decisions for the essential functions of enrollment management: Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid and Scholarships, and Office of the University Registrar.
Strategic Technology Initiatives
Strategic Technology Initiatives leads large technology projects across the campus to enhance UC Davis students' academic and co-curricular experiences, improve educational outcomes, streamline enrollment procedures and provide clear paths toward degree completion.
Administration and Operations supports the budget, human resources and operating needs for Enrollment Management.
The Marketing and Communications team provides comprehensive, multichannel marketing and communications support for all Enrollment Management and Undergraduate Education units with particular focus on the units’ top priorities and goals.
