UC Davis Undergraduate Admissions accepted a record-breaking number of students for fall 2023. 

According to both an article by ABC10 and a press release from UC Davis, this year's admission decisions marked some of the highest diversity rates ever witnessed at UC Davis, alongside a record-setting enrollment of California students.

In both pieces, Robert Penman, the executive director of Undergraduate Admissions, acknowledged the success, pointing to increased outreach efforts targeting underrepresented minorities and low-income students. He emphasized that these initiatives have played a crucial role in establishing a more inclusive pathway to higher education.
